Bio

Assistant Coach Collin Hardy is set to begin his fourth season with Shelton State Community College Women’s Basketball.

In his first three seasons, Hardy has assisted the Bucs to a 88-11 record with three top 12 overall finishes in the national rankings. Primarily working with the post players, Hardy has overseen the development of five Division I signees (Troy University, Jacksonville State University (x3), and Old Dominion University). Hardy also leads scouting efforts for the Bucs.

Prior to beginning his coaching career, Hardy served as a student manager for the Bucs during the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 seasons. Since joining the Lady Buc program, Collin has been a part of 5 ACCC conference championships and 94 conference wins in a row. 

A native of Etowah County and a graduate of Glencoe High School, Hardy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He also holds a Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership from Louisiana State University-Shreveport. Hardy is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Higher Education Leadership and Practice from the University of North Georgia.
